Total Care Physical Therapy is a 20-year, single-location Memphis rehab clinic with deep occupational-rehab and workers'-compensation expertise. We built the practice a modern, conversion-focused website that establishes credibility, explains all nine service lines, and makes it easy for patients and referral partners to get in touch.
A two-decade clinic — Occupro-certified in injured-worker treatment since 2011 — had no modern web presence to match its reputation. It especially needed to surface its two differentiating occupational programs, Functional Capacity Evaluation and Coordinated Return to Work, which are invisible on a generic PT site, and to make insurance and workers'-comp navigation clear enough to turn referrals into booked evaluations.
We built a fast, fully responsive Next.js (App Router) site, branded to the clinic, with a motion-driven hero, animated stat counters, a category-filterable service grid, and a testimonial carousel. Content is modeled as typed data — services, team, insurance, FAQs, certifications — so each of the nine service lines renders consistent, SEO-structured pages, with two long-form specialty-program pages elevated throughout. A dedicated insurance page lays out accepted carriers, workers'-comp insurers, and a four-step benefits-verification flow; the contact page pairs a lead form and embedded map with 'what to bring / what to expect' new-patient guidance. SEO and accessibility foundations — per-page metadata, JSON-LD MedicalBusiness schema, sitemap, alt text, skip links — are baked in.
